They don't return phone calls or offer and support to customers. We have called over 10X over a 5 day period and no return call. Is there anyone there?
This information needed is time sensitive and involves a significant amount of money. The message have been detailed specific and some response is needed. They are solely focused on new potential students and don't seem to offer any support to former students.
There is no directory of services on line. Appear many dissatisfied employees and students.
This is a very important matter and short of showing up there in person I am at a loss to resolve my issue.
I assume they are simply not competent.
